Do I need to print my reservation and bring it with me?
We will appreciate if you do but your ID is more important.
Is my deposit refundable?
Yes 100% if you cancel with 24 hrs. in advance or your cruise ship does not dock in Cozumel.
How far from the cruise ship docks are you located?
We are about 5 minutes away from the Cruise ship docks (Carnival & Royal caribbean) by car.
Will we need a taxi?
Yes is pretty much the only way to get to the Park and will cost you about $ 8 usd.
Do you accept walkins or do I need a reservation?
Our packages are only valid online.
I made a reservation for 1 PM. I was wondering if possible if we could still come early to enjoy the amenities of the package deal?
Yes, you can come to the park since 9:00 a.m. and enjoy the amenities included on your package.
Do you not have the package to swim with the dolphins?
Our packages includes the Dolphin encounter
If I am booking the $179 or $295 - couples massage package. Do I select 1 ticket or 2?
Just 1 ticket, it includes 2 people.
How far in advance is it possible to book?
Up to 6 months in advance.
Can we get non-alcoholic drinks at the open bar?
Yes you can get all kind of non-alcoholic drinks at the bar.
Do you offer pedicures and manicures?
we do not offer pedicure or manicure, only massages.
